"No, not offensive."

Looking back towards the fire, Rey hid the grin getting him to laugh had inspired. "Are you really from somewhere that's warm all the time?"

Ben gave a look. "Well, it's warmer than here all the time," he answered.

"Your sister said I should come to visit, I've never been anywhere that stays warm for long."

Ben considered this.

"You would find it very different to here."

"I wonder what my bear will think," she said thoughtfully, shifting back to look towards the fire.

"Would it cope with the warmth?" He thought of the size of the bear, of the fur. "It could be uncomfortable."

Rey considered it and gave him a shrug. "Are you coping with the cold? Do you need to borrow my cloak?"

"I am coping as well as anyone who is not used to it could," he says evenly. "Keep your cloak. I hear there are more snows to come."

"I wasn't really going to give you my cloak," she said with a little grin. "Maybe share it, but certainly not give it to you."

"Even to share," he said. "Keep it."

"Suit yourself, there's enough fire for the both of us."

"As long as it stays strong, we should be fine."
